Services
How To Schedule A Tasting
Step 1: Contact ABC Board And Schedule The Tasting
The broker or supplier contacts their local ABC board to schedule the tasting.
Step 2: Contact North State Promos
Reach out once your tasting is confirmed. We will notify the NC ABC Commission and enter your event in their portal.
Step 3: Provide Brand Information & Authorization
Fill out and submit a product information sheet along with any talking points about the product, and an authorization form allowing us to act as a third-party representative of your brands for the purpose of tastings.
Step 4: Make Selections And Let Us Handle The Rest
Choose a 2 or 3 hour tasting, and whether or not you want your sample chilled. We will supply tables, linens, ice and sample cups, and give you a detailed report on your event.
North State Promos carries $2 millions dollars of General and Liquor Liability insurance. We also add all NC ABC Boards, all NC Brokers and NC Suppliers as additional insured to our policy. Our ambassadors are trained in the state and local laws concerning tastings.
